Evaluation of Student Attitudes Using Multivariate Statistical Analysis

چکیده

This study aims to classify the high school students’ attitudes towards Mathematics and Geometry courses with exploratory factor analysis cluster determine whether there is a difference between several variables determined using t-test. For this purpose, 1265 students were selected from 8 schools in Antalya province by random sampling method they asked respond survey form given them. The collected data are classified Factor Analysis Cluster which among multivariate statistical methods. According results, 4 factors Attitude Scale, two evaluating attitude scale. It was also investigated of mathematics geometry based on averages responses provided according gender, grade level, parents’ education level. results analyses revealed that significant while it did not differ gender level parents. observed average increased as increased.
